See frequently updated reports for land and residential sales in the City and County, as well as reports for current inventories; including breakdowns for the Historic Eastside, Tesuque, Las Campanas, Sierra del Norte, Monte Sereno, Eldorado, the Summit and for properties over $1,000,000; along with days on market, sold price as a percentage of list price, and sold price per square foot data.
September numbers are posted and show slowly but steadily increasing sales activity with inventories reducing somewhat and average price per square foot generally increasing slightly. The biggest change in activity is in residential sales over $1,000,000 in the City where 17 homes had sold this year through mid-September, and then another 13 sold in the period from mid-September to mid-October, making the yearly total of 30 homes sold over $1,000,000. And there are another 10 homes over $1,000,000 currently under contract. Also Tesuque saw 4 residential sales in that same thirty day period, bringing the total residential sales there this year from 5 previously to a total of 9.
