Units Sold this year are up over last year to date however still nowhere near our 2006 numbers.  System-wide, with two plus months to go, we are only 245 residential sold units shy of making 2014 numbers (appears as though we will end the year higher in units sold).  41 land sold units shy of 2014 numbers (could be close matching last year) , and 203 sold units for all property types.

Units sales are strong, although prices remain flat for the most part.

Residential Sales Volume has increased as well over last year to date and should also end the year up over 2014, though land sales volume remains very flat and still lags far behind.
