Even though the last few months have seen increasing numbers of sales, the year to date totals are still off from last year.

Here are year to date sales (in the entire MLS system) broken down by total residential sales, and then all types comparing 2008 to 2009.  

We are still down comparatively; 21.10% for residential and 23.60% for all types. 

As for Sotheby’s Santa Fe brokerage, we are holding our own:  ahead by dollar volume market share by about three percent (3%).
