With the same number of closings in June 2009 as in June 2008, the dollar volume for closed transactions at Sotheby’s in Santa Fe is up seven million dollars ($7,000,000) for June this year as compared with June last year!

Pending contracts for the Santa Fe Sotheby’s brokerage in June 2009 rose sixty-seven percent (67%) over June of last year!

The Santa Fe real estate market certainly appears to be gaining momentum.
